1) From Lagos Island / Victoria Island / Ikoyi / Lekki / Ajah Axis

Route (fastest):

  • Take Falomo Bridge → Alfred Rewane Road out of Ikoyi.
  • Connect through Ozumba Mbadiwe Road or Ahmadu Bello Way (if from VI).
  • Use Eko Bridge or Third Mainland Bridge heading toward the Mainland.
  • From Oworonshoki, join Gbagada Express then link to Oshodi–Oworonshoki Expressway.
  • Drive toward Ojota Interchange, then merge onto Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way.
  • Turn onto Alausa Secretariat Road → Continue to Billings Way, Oregun.
  • The Ikeja Passport Office is along Billings Way close to the FRSC building.

Traffic Notes:

  • Third Mainland Bridge and Eko Bridge face heavy traffic from 7:00–9:30 AM.
  • Gbagada/Oworonshoki corridor slows down during evening peak hours.

2) From Surulere / Yaba / Shomolu / Bariga / Mushin Axis

Route (recommended):

  • Take Ojuelegba → Tejuosho → Herbert Macaulay Way (Yaba).
  • Connect through Oyingbo–Adekunle to ascend the Third Mainland Bridge (Mainland exit).
  • Exit at Oworonshoki, proceed toward Gbagada → Oshodi–Oworonshoki Expressway.
  • Follow road signs to Ikeja/Ojota.
  • Merge onto Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way.
  • Turn right onto Alausa–Oregun Link Road, then move straight to Billings Way.
  • Passport Office is on the right.

Traffic Notes:

  • Yaba → Adekunle tends to slow down early mornings.
  • Oworonshoki–Gbagada corridor is frequently congested due to merging lanes.
  • Avoid 8:00–9:00 AM if possible.

3) From Ikorodu Road / Ikorodu / Ojota / Ketu / Magodo / Ogudu / Berger / Mowe / Ibafo

Route (most direct):

  • Follow Ikorodu Road Expressway toward Ojota Interchange.
  • Continue straight onto Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way heading into Ikeja.
  • Drive past Maryland Bus Stop toward Alausa Secretariat.
  • Follow the route to Oregun Industrial Area.
  • Turn onto Billings Way—Ikeja Passport Office is along the road.

Traffic Notes:

  • Ikorodu Road is busy between Ketu–Maryland, particularly 6:30–9:30 AM.
  • Mowe/Ibafo inbound traffic is slowest around 7 AM – 8:30 AM.
  • This axis gives the most consistent timing outside rush hours.

4) From Agege / Ogba / Iju / Abule Egba / Iyana Ipaja Axis

Route (shortest):

  • Take Iju Road or Oba Akran Avenue toward central Ikeja.
  • Connect to Acme Road or Alausa Secretariat Road depending on your entry point.
  • Use Kudirat Abiola Road to join Oregun Road.
  • Turn into Billings Way—the Passport Office is close to the large government complexes.

Traffic Notes:

  • Ogba/Agidingbi axis is congested early mornings due to school and office rush.
  • Most accessible route if traveling from deeper Mainland.

5) From Festac / Amuwo Odofin / Satellite Town / Ojo / LASU / Badagry Axis
