1) From Ikeja / Lagos Mainland/ Iyana Ipaja / Oshodi / Ikotun /Alausa Area

Route (fastest):

  1. Head south on Ikorodu Road
  2. Continue on Ikorodu Road, cross Third Mainland Bridge heading to Obalende
  3. Stay straight onto Ikoyi Road (via Glover Road) toward Obalende / Ikoyi.
  4. Turn left onto Alagbon Close just after Secretariat / Federal Training Centre – the Passport Office is on the right. Hotels.ng

Traffic Notes:

  • Third Mainland Bridge is usually congested during 07:00–09:30 and 16:30–19:00. Plan outside rush hours if possible.
  • After Obalende, traffic slows due to local junctions and market areas.

2) From Surulere / Yaba /Shomolu/Bariga/ Mushin/ Mainland (via Eko Bridge)

Route (recommended):

  1. Take Eko Bridge from Ijora toward Lagos Island.
  2. At Apongbon, follow signs toward Broad Street/Marina then onto Adeniji Adele toward Obalende.
  3. Continue on Ikoyi Road heading southwest into Ikoyi.

  • The Eko Bridge approach can be heavy in the morning peak hours.
  • The stretch through Apongbon and Marina often has slow traffic at midday due to traders and commuters.

3) From Ikorodu Road / Ikorodu / Ojota / Magodo/ Ketu / Ifako / Ogudu / Berger / Mowe / Ibafo (via Ikorodu Road)

  1. Take Iyana Berger Express / Ikorodu Express to Iyana Oworo – Ogudu Express to Third Mainland Bridge
  2. Turn to Obalende and Head to Ikoyi
  3. Continue on Ikoyi Road heading southwest into Ikoyi.
  4. Turn left onto Alagbon Close (passport office entrance).

3) From Victoria Island / Lekki/ Ajah/Ogombo/Lakowe/Epe

Route (typical):

  1. Drive up Ahmadu Bello Way toward Obalende / Ikoyi Road.
  2. Merge onto Airport Road / Creek Road then onto Ikoyi Link Bridge Road toward Obalende.
  3. Continue to Ikoyi Road, then turn left on Alagbon Close to reach the office.

Distance & Time Estimate:

  • About 20–25 km and roughly 30–60+ minutes depending on traffic.

Traffic Notes:

  • Lekki Link Bridge exit and Aiport Creek Road can bottleneck in the early morning and late afternoon commute.
  • Midday travel tends to be faster.

4) From Festac / Amuwo Odofin / Ojo / LASU/ Badagry Express / Oko Afo / Iyana School / Iyana Ishashi

Route (main option):

  1. Take Western Avenue toward Lagos Island.
  2. Continue to Moshood Abiola Way (under Carter Bridge).
  3. After Carter Bridge, follow signs to Broad Street then Adeniji Adele / Ikoyi Road.
  4. Turn left onto Alagbon Close for the office.
