1) From GRA Phase 1 & 2 / Old GRA / D-Line Axis

Route (fastest):

  • From GRA, drive toward Waterlines Junction.
  • Join Aba Road heading toward Rumuola / Rumuokoro.
  • Continue straight past Waterlines Bus Stop.
  • The Federal Secretariat Complex is on the right-hand side along Aba Road.
  • Enter the complex to access the Passport Office.

Traffic Notes:

  • Waterlines Junction is busy between 7:00–9:00 AM and 4:30–6:30 PM.
  • Midday traffic along Aba Road is moderate and predictable.

2) From Rumuola / Rumuokwuta / Rumuigbo / Rumuibekwe Axis

Route (recommended):

  • Drive toward Rumuola Junction.
  • Join Aba Road heading toward Waterlines / GRA.
  • Continue straight, passing Air Force Base area.
  • The Federal Secretariat (Passport Office) is on the left when coming from this direction.
  • Make a U-turn where permitted to access the complex.

Traffic Notes:

  • Rumuola Junction experiences congestion during morning rush hours.
  • Traffic eases significantly after 10:00 AM.
  • Expect brief delays due to commercial bus stops along Aba Road.

3) From Rumuokoro / Choba / Aluu / Uniport Axis

Route (most direct):

  • From Uniport / Choba, head toward Rumuokoro Roundabout.
  • Join Aba Road toward Rumuola / Waterlines.
  • Drive straight past Artillery Junction.
  • Continue until you reach the Federal Secretariat Complex along Aba Road.
  • Enter the premises for the Passport Office.
