  • Requirement are Application and Appointment Slip, Payment Receipt, Marriage Certificate (due to marriage), Court Order (Legal Reasons), Birth Certificate, State of Origin Certificate, NIN Slip, Court Written Statement \ Sworn Affidavit of Change of Name, News Paper Publication and Consent Appplication Letter Stating ” Change of Name due to Marriage or Legal Reasons” addressing it to the Nigeria Immigration Passport Control Authority.

How to Apply for Correction of Data on Your Nigerian International Passport (Fees and Total Cost)

Passport Booklet Fees:

• 32 Pages (5 Years Validity): ₦100,000
• 64 Pages (10 Years Validity): ₦200,000
